How can I update my employer’s card on file?

  1. From the preauthorize payment page, click Update Card:


  2. You can update the contact information, the card information, or both.  If you need to update your card on file, select I need to update my card on file.


  3. Update:

    Note: For security purposes, the card information on file is not displayed. You need to re-enter all card fields.


    a. Contact Name
    b. Email Address

    c. Cardholder Name
    d. Card Number (without any spaces or dashes)
    e. Expiry Date – MMYY format
    f. CSV – CSV code on back of card

    Terms and Conditions – check the box to accept and agree to the terms and conditions.



  4. Click Save. The system validates your card information and, if successful, updates your card on file.


An email notification is sent to the contact email address entered above, indicating that a card has been updated on your employer account.
