How many steps are there to complete an Employer’s Report of Incident


There are five steps to complete the Incident Section:

  1. Employer Details
  2. Incident Details
  3. Persons Involved
  4. Attachments
  5. Submit

There are up to seven steps to complete an Injury Report. You will need to complete an Injury Report for each injured worker. If a worker missed time, you will also need to complete sections five and six in your reporting:

  1. Worker Details
  2. Injury Details
  3. Return to Work Details
  4. Employment Details
  5. Schedule Details
  6. Wage Details
  7. Submit

There are four steps to complete a Fatality Report.

  2. Employment Details
  3. Next of Kin Contact Details
  4. Submit
