How many steps are there to complete an Employer’s Report of Incident

There are five steps to complete the incident section:

  1. Employer Details
  2. Incident Details
  3. Persons Involved
  4. Attachments
  5. Submit

There are up to seven steps to complete an injury section. You will need to complete an injury section for each injured worker. If a worker missed time, you would need to include steps five and six in your reporting:

  1. Worker Details
  2. Injury Details
  3. Return to Work Details
  4. Employment Details
  5. Schedule Details
  6. Wage Details
  7. Submit
