What do I do when my card is due to expire or has expired?

Your card contact will receive an email notification that the card on file is about to expire. You can update your existing card information or enter a new card.

When your card is expired, an email notification is sent to the contact email on file for the card.

Note: If your card on file is expired, any payments that are due are not processed.
