How long does it take to submit an Employer’s Report of Incident?

The Employer’s Report of Incident contains two parts: An Incident Section and an Injury Section.

It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the Incident Section. Once it’s submitted, you will receive an email notification with a copy of the submitted incident report.

You will then be required to complete and submit within 3 business days, the Injury Section for each injured worker.

It takes an additional 25 minutes to complete an Employer’s Report of Incident – Injury Section, providing you have all the information required. You do not have to complete it in one session. You can save as you work through the sections.

For each Employer’s Report of Incident – Injury Section, you will receive an email notification with a copy of the submitted injury report Section.
